God’s Mercy for the World and for Peace among Nations

 

Morning Programme

  • 9.50am Meet at the Gates of the Priory Grounds in Walsingham High Street 
  • 10am Welcome and praying of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy
  • 10.25am Silent Procession of Reparation, for the sins of the world, along the Pilgrim Way via Martyrs’ Way to pray for the Salvation of Souls, Release of the Holy Souls in Purgatory, and for Peace among Nations
  • 11.10am Arrival at the RC National Shrine into the Slipper Chapel for time of prayer & song and Marian Act of Consecration (pg 8) & Litany of the Invocation of the Saints and Martyrs of England & Wales
  • 11.30am A brief moment of honoring the memory of Charlotte Boyd by her tomb Cross and the singing of the Regina Caeli
  • 12 Noon – Basilica of Our Lady of Walsingham – Holy Mass of the Feast of Divine Mercy with solemn blessing and enthronement of the Image of Divine Mercy at the beginning of Mass
  • 1pm to 2.15pm Lunch Break – bring a packed lunch

  • 2pm Time of gentle song
  • Sacrament of Reconciliation available throughout – Mgr. Moger & Franciscans
  •  2.15pm Opening Hymn, Welcome & introduction – Fr. Gwil Lloyd
  • 2.25pm Glorious Mysteries with Rosary Meditations
  • Whilst the Rosary is being prayed – people will have the opportunity to venerate the Image of Divine Mercy.
  • 2.45pm Collection will be taken for Ukrainian Refugees to be sent via ACN
  • 2.55pm Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament & Holy Hour
  • 3pm Chaplet of Divine Mercy  – part said and sung
  • Act of Consecration of Families
  • 3.15pm Talk on the importance of Divine Mercy for the Church – Fr. Gwil Lloyd
  • 3.45pm Time of led Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with gentle song, reflections from the Scriptures, Diary of St. Faustina, interspersed with silence and song with short Eucharistic Healing Service. Led by Fr. Gwil Lloyd & Antonia
  • 4.15pm Act of Entrustment of England & Wales to the Divine Mercy
  • 4.20pm Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament and sung Regina Coeli
  • 4.30pm Final Hymn & Finish
