Westminster Diocesan Pilgrimage to Our Lady’s Shrine at Walsingham 2022 – September 24th – Feast of Our Lady of Walsingham

Parishes, Schools and families / groups across the Diocese of Westminster are invited to register their interest now in this year’s Diocesan Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady at Walsingham, led by Cardinal Vincent and the Auxiliary Bishops on Saturday 24th September.

The theme of the Westminster Diocesan Pilgrimage is ‘Mary Mother of Sorrows, Mother of Joy’ and it takes place on the Feast Day of Our Lady of Walsingham. This will be a time of renewal, special grace and blessing for England, all Pilgrims, their families, friends and loved ones.

Walsingham has very limited parking for minibuses and private cars, hence booking via the Westminster Diocese Pilgrimage Office is essential.

Parish Priests and Coach Marshals are kindly requested to please register coach and pilgrim numbers in advance by email to elizabethuwalaka@rcdow.org.uk or by telephone on 020 7798 9173 as soon as all details are known.

Mobility assistance / wheelchairs may be given by some of the Lourdes Pilgrimage Red Caps, only if details of pilgrims are known at time of registration.

Contact your Parish Priest to book your space on a coach from your parish, however, if your parish is not organising a coach, phone the Pilgrimage Office on 0207 798 9173 Monday or Tuesday only between 9am and 5pm no later than 9th September 2022.
