Bishop Alan Hopes led us in the solemn Act of Consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in profound Union with Pope Francis and all the Bishops of the world and the entire Universal Church. It followed the Mass of the solemnity of the Annunciation at the Basilica & National Shrine of Our Lady.
