England, Mary’s Dowry is known as the Island of Saints and Martyrs. England is blessed with thousands of canonised and beatified Saints and Martyrs both known and unknown. In this Litany we invoke them all and implore their powerful intercession for the Conversion of England and for the re-evangelisation of her peoples.

Let us take heed of the prophecy of St Arsenios of Paros:
“The Church in the British Isles will only begin to grow when she begins again to venerate her own saints.”

And remember the powerful words of Blessed Henry Heath:
“O England, turn thyself to the Lord thy God! Jesus, Convert England! Jesus, Have Mercy on this Country!”
