Sadly, on Wednesday morning 23rd March 2016, in King’s Lynn hospital, died Sister Wendy Renate. Our condolences to the Family and
Sister Jane Louise.
Sister Wendy was one of the Shrine’s sacristans and served in Walsingham for over 30 years. She was greatly loved in this community and we thank God
that she was part of the mission at both Shrines here in Walsingham.
She will be sorely missed by all who knew her, especially the Family, everyone in Walsingham and Sister Jane Lousie.
In you charity, please pray for Sister Wendy.
Eternal rest, grant unto her, O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen.
Funeral services will take place at 12 noon Mass on Friday 15th April 2016 in the Chapel of Reconciliation at the Basilica of Our Lady of
Walsigham, followed by refreshments at the Elmham House from 1.30 pm.
