This Pilgrimage links in a union of prayer of Pilgrimage with Pilgrims at the National Shrines of Our Lady in Carfin in Scotland & Cardigan in Wales, Our Lady of Consolation Shrine in West Grinstead, Our Lady of Mount Grace Shrine in Osmotherley, North Yorkshire, National Shrine of Padre Pio in Pantasaph, North Wales and with the Shrine of Our Lady in Fatima, Portugal through the World Apostolate of Fatima UK Pilgrimage
This year’s intention is to pray for the protection of the true meaning of marriage and for the sanctification, strengthening and intentions of all married couples and for couples preparing for marriage.
The Pilgrimage will start at 1 p.m. in Elmham House Gardens, behind the Church of the Annunciation, Friday Market, Walsingham, NR22 6DB.
After a Rosary Procession to the Shrine along the Pilgrims’ Way, there will be an afternoon of services ending with Mass at 4.20 p.m. in the Chapel of Reconciliation which will include an Act of Consecration to the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary.
